Travel plan voucher

As part of the Travel Plan, each household is entitled to one travel voucher worth up to £75. You are completely flexible with how you spend this voucher, as long as it helps you travel via bike, rail or bus. You could purchase a bus pass, a railcard, cycle equipment, or even use it to reduce the cost of a new bicycle!

The voucher can be claimed after you have made your purchase, and you will then be reimbursed up to £75.

If you have already made your purchase, please follow these instructions:

Please send us an email at WindsorGateTPC@i-transport.co.uk, and provide the following information:

  • Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt
  • Your plot number and address (this is to ensure one voucher per household)
  • Proof of address
  • Bank details

We will then be in touch to confirm details about your Travel Plan voucher.

Windsor Cycle Hub is is a community initative organisation that seeks to promote cycling for all throughout the Windsor Community through activities to encourage residents and visitors into or back to cycling, including recycling affordable bikes, teaching mechanical skills, sharing knowledge and resource, and running events and rides.

School Travel

Homer First School

Homer First School is located to the southeast of the development on Testwood Road and can be accessed via foot or cycle in less than 15 minutes via Ruddlesway.

Alexander First School

Alexander First School is located south of the development on Kenneally. Cross Dedsworth Road at the pelican crossing, and continue south via footpaths until you reach the school.

Dedworth Middle School, Dedworth Green First School and Nursery

Dedworth Middle School, Dedworth Green First School and it’s associated nursery are located to the south east of the site on Smiths Lane. The schools are accessible via foot or cycle, or alternatively via the W1 bus service from Ruddlesway Roundabout.

Hill Top First School

Hill Top First School is located to the south east of the site on Clewer Hill Road. The school is accessible via foot or cycle, or alternatively via the W1 bus service from Ruddlesway Roundabout.

St Edwards First and Middle School

St Edwards First and Middle Schools are located to the east of the site on Parsonage Lane. The school is accessible via foot or cycle, or alternatively via the W1 bus service from Ruddlesway Roundabout.
